Wonder Girls Ambassador Program Overview

The Wonder Girls Ambassador Program is an inspiring initiative designed to elevate leadership, confidence, and community engagement among a select group of high school and college girls (ages 16–21). Ambassadors, chosen from current participating Wonder Girls schools, serve as role models and advocates for education, equality, and personal development—actively promoting the program’s mission within their schools, communities, and through the media.

Ambassadors gain access to exclusive in-person and virtual workshops, events, mentorship experiences, volunteer projects, paid opportunities, and outreach activities. This program not only fosters individual growth but also builds a powerful network of young women committed to making a meaningful impact—both individually and collectively as a team.

2025 Mission Trip

This year marks an exciting milestone: the program’s first mission trip, with plans to make it an annual tradition. Seventeen ambassadors and four mentors—including the Wonder Girls co-founders—will travel to Orlando, Florida, for a week of volunteer service at Give Kids The World Village, an extraordinary nonprofit resort for children with critical illnesses and their families.

Since 1986, Give Kids The World has welcomed over 200,000 families from all 50 states and 77 countries. Powered by donors, partners, and thousands of volunteers, the Village provides families with a week of joy, laughter, and priceless memories—away from hospital visits and medical treatments. It’s a magical place where children can experience the simple joys of childhood, and families can reclaim precious moments together.

While in Orlando, the ambassadors will also host Wonder Girls workshops at local schools, sharing the lessons they’ve learned to empower other girls in the community.

Impact & Goals

This experience is designed to help ambassadors grow as leaders, speakers, volunteers, and advocates, while cultivating teamwork, confidence, and a passion for service. The mission trip builds a sisterhood among ambassadors and creates opportunities for storytelling, networking, and personal growth—further amplifying the Wonder Girls legacy and impact.

Together, we are building a platform the ambassadors can be proud of—one that empowers them to advocate for themselves, support each other, and uplift those most in need.

Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a Wonder Girls ambassador! This is a fun opportunity to get more involved and also add to your college application and resume. Ambassadors must be in 11th grade through senior year of college. Once you graduate college, you’ll become a part of the WONDER GIRLS network of 140+ professional women!

  • Word of mouth is POWERFUL so share WONDER GIRLS with all your friends and family. Invite other girls to be a part of your school program.

  • You get to meet and network with girls from other schools.

  • Share WONDER GIRLS content on social media every week (stories).

  • Create your own posts and reels on social media.

  • Wear our WONDER GIRLS merch to school!

  • Be a part of our press interviews on TV or podcasts.

  • Be considered as a host or part of our annual events including our Wellness Day, Teen Safety Summit, Gala Fundraiser (you’ll receive a free tix to the gala), and Career Expo.

  • Get paid and volunteer work opportunities.

  • Be a mentor for other girls in the program.

  • Lead a workshop.

  • Be a part of growing WONDER GIRLS; share your ideas and thoughts about events, programming, community service, campaigns, and more.

  • Be a part of our WONDER GIRLS graduate program! (graduating seniors - college seniors)

  • You will receive additional support for school and career.

  • Additional opportunities always pop up throughout the year!
