Navigating Relationships: How to Recognize the Red Flags of Unhealthy Relationships

Open to teens, parents, and educators.

February is a month of LOVE, but when love makes us feel uncomfortable, how do we handle that? In this month's virtual workshop, led by Prevention Education Specialist Anastasia Karloutsos from The Retreat non-profit organization, we will talk about all forms of relationships, including romantic, friendships, and family relationships.

This workshop will primarily focus on helping participants recognize what is healthy and what is unhealthy in relationships.

Abuse is not always physical and it can often be subtle. Many unhealthy behaviors, like monopolizing a person's time, acting jealous and possessive, and high intensity or "drama" are often romanticized in the media and can go unnoticed.

In addition, people who use abuse often blame their partners and make them feel like they are somehow responsible for the abuse, so it can be very confusing for the person on the receiving end. We will then open it up to Q&A at the end.

This workshop is FREE and held via Zoom.

**You will receive the zoom like when you register.
